Reflection before work
Ting Ye Han
I am very satisfied with my team members because they did a good job and well cooperated with each others. They forgave my mistake, taught me new knowledge,and have fun together. I am very appreciate what had they done for this team. My main task in this team is to lead and maintain the main process of this community project. Besides thats, i am the one who contact and schedule the process and time line for the journey to Cameron Highlands. Every team members pay their attention and put 100% of effort on this project just to make it better and better. We really learn a lot and really having fun with it although it is quite hard for us.
Chew Vern Tat
The thoughts that I have for my team members are hard working, responsible, and independent. While working with them as a team, I was able to find out more about them and understand what are their expertise, not just their expertise It was fun working with them as well. Thanks to them I was able to learn more things. As for my role in this project, I’m the vice chairman for this organization. my task is to assist the organizing chairperson and Monitor and advise the committees. The progress of my team members are great and we always discuss what are the important things that are needed to be done. Since I have said previously, my team members are all independent person, they are able to finish the task they have given and finish it on time.
Liow Chong Ying
I feel happy, the reason why I’m happy is because, while working with the team members, I feel honored because I have the opportunity to work with a team with other 4 members that has responsible. My opinions for my team members are, we can work together as a team, discuss and finish the project on time. Also, I hope my team members are happy as well, and feel fun while doing this project. My role in this project is a secretary, as a secretary my task is to record the process of the activity, and to monitor the documentation and to make sure every team member's work are in the right direction and to get the project done errors.
As for my views of the project progress, I hope we can reach the day of the activity as fast as possible because we would definitely have lots of fun.
Chong Chee Wei
I’m glad and honored to be able to join a team that are reliable and responsible. When we found problems while doing the project, we are able to find the solution quickly to solve the problems while discussing with the team members. This project actually taught me a lot of things, for example I will never be able to finish this project alone, but when the members work together as a team we will be able to achieve something a member alone could not achieve. Then only the team can finish this project perfectly. In this project my role is a photographer, the task of a photographer is to take good and perfect angle shoot from every candid photos of our team. Besides that I’m also required to edit the 5 minute video, since my team members are all independent members, the progress of this project I will not have any worries.
Eric Siow Chun Jay
I’m glad and honored to be able to join with this reliable and responsible team again. The reason I say “again” because I have work with this team members before, and I know they are all responsible and independent members. In this project my role is a treasurer, the task of a treasurer is to collect funds and calculate the budget for this project. I will be calculating all the fees for this project before we start our journey. Since my team members are all good in communication and responsible, they are able to provide the solution and suggestion to the minimum cost for the budget. While doing this project, it help us to know the team members more about each other and work more like a team.
Reflection after work
Ting Ye Han
"Fun", "Memory","Hard Work"
These are the three words that i can say and command because it is the first time i work with college's friend and teammate as a farmer which i never try it before in my entire life. Second, being in a farm was my childhood memory together with my father because my father is a farmer. i used to go to farm with father but i being busy and busy with homeworks and tuition after i graduated from primary school, so i rarely go to farm with my father. We finally can experience the hard work to be a farmer, a front liner producer who everyday produce and plant food and fruit for everyone, this job is precious.To be farmer should wake up in the early of the morning, for me this is the hardest challenge for me to encounter because i already used to wake up around 10am to 11am, sometimes even afternoon. Besides that, i realize that i should train my stamina because we have to carry the crops and fertilizer which are so heavy.

The best three words that describe my feelings towards the completion of the project is fun, tiring, and stress. While working with the team members while harvesting the tomatoes, there are many fun activities happen and fun arguments. The next thing besides fun is tiring, the reason why it’s really tiring is because It’s like we are harvesting a total of 5000 tomatoes, we can actually imagine how tiring it is. Lastly, the biggest challenges that I have encountered while completing this project is that we do not have much time or enough time to complete this project. The submission of this project given us is just only a week apart from our activity. But we were glad that we are able to finish the report, blog, and video just in time with only a week.
Liow Chong Ying
The three words that best describe your feelings after completing the project are happy, fun, and tired. The reason why I was happy is because I was able to work together with my team member to finish this project. In addition, I feel happy because this project gave me the opportunity to become a farmer for a day. From the start to the end of the activity, I am having lots of fun with my team members in the farm while farming. Especially when we were harvesting the tomatoes. After finishing the activity, I feel tired. I can't imagine that becoming a farmer is hard and tiring task because you will need to take care the crops everyday the amount of energy needed must be numerous. The challenge that I have encountered in this project is that we do not have much time for this project. The submission of the project is just a week after the activity. So, we mustn’t waste any time and finish the report, blog and video in a week.

The best three words to describe my feeling towards my team members after finishing the community service project is "Do it again". I wanna do it again with my team even if it's tiing and dirty. This project was my very project to have such an Enjoyable time, It was an unforgettable project. It’s fun and interesting just to think again because, we are able to drove to Cameron Highlands to learn what is like to be a farmer.
The challenges I have encountered so far was during doing the projects, the time we have left after our journey to finish this project was too short, it was a rush for us. But luckily my team members are all hardworking and independent, they do not waste any time and was able to finish the project report, video and blog on time in one week.

The 3 words thoughts that I have after finishing this community service project is “Do it again together". While working with the team members and the farmers, we are having lots of fun and able to gain more knowledge by learn new things. I feel very excited because the farmers shared their knowledge with us and taught us how should we harvest the tomatoes, and how does the tomatoes grow on the soil.
After finish harvesting the tomatoes, I feel really tired and I myself could not imagine how hard and tiring when the farmers are working everyday. The last thing I would consider is that, we do not have much time to finish the final report. But the team members and I discuss together and separated the work to each team members. Finally we are able to finish the project report before the due date.
